One simply locks all one's belongings into a locker and for an all-inclusive price receives a bathrobe, towels, shampoo, razor,
anytime free admission to O-FURO / Sauna (see below), library & internet use, bar-restaurant with reasonably priced dishes,
TV rooms, use of massage-chairs, games room, quiet room and of course the Astronaut cabin where one can sleep very well



The only tedious thing is that smoking is allowed everywhere ...

The one-person capsules are in a smoke-free quiet room, have a pull-down blind and were comfortably-sized - at least for me!
After an exhausting day cycling and a hot bath one gets to sleep pretty much immediately anyway

Here it is as one would expect comfortably air-conditioned. There are reading-lamps and even a small TV set.
The manager personally locked my bicycle in a storeroom. The total price of about 28 Euro per night (2006) is very cheap.
It's impossible to compare a "night in the coffin" to some of the mattresses I've slept on in mountain huts in the past
