In a Japanese Ryokan in the higher price range: pretty stone-garden with carp-pond

The owner of this Ryokan was quite enthusiastic about my cycle trip and told me that his city - Kaminoyama -
close to Yamagata is the partner-city of german City: Donaueschingen

Every day in a Ryokan depletes the money pretty quickly. Therefore camping was a frequent alternative.
